SUSAN BLANKENSHIP,
Assistant Professor of Public Administration (2003); B.A., Murray State University; M.P.A., Ph.D., University of Kentucky.
Dr. Blankenship received her Ph.D. in political science from the University of Kentucky in 2000. Prior to receiving her Ph.D. and beginning an academic career, Dr. Blankenship worked primarily in the criminal justice field as a practitioner and researcher.
CHRISTOPHER P. DANIEL,
Professor, School of Public Administration (1986); B.A., Earlham College; M.A., University of Florida; Ph.D., University of Florida.
Dr. Daniel teaches about public sector human resource management and coordinates the Master of Public Administration program. He has been President of the Kentucky Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration and has contributed articles to the Review of Public Personnel Administration, Public Administration Review, and other scholarly periodicals.
Dr. Daniel promotes student study abroad and represents K.S.U. on the Board of the KIIS international study consortium. He speaks Spanish and has taught in Mexico.
ROBERT HOGAN
Robert Harold Hogan is an Online Specialist for the Kentucky State University School of Public Administration. He is a life-long resident of Frankfort, Ky. and as a child, he attended Rosenwald Elementary, Kentucky State University’s model school.
Mr. Hogan also serves as the University Liaison for the Washington Center for Internship and Academic Seminars
